If you have an issue with an ongoing order or a mobile phone recycler then follow the steps listed below and your issue will be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Step 1 Contact Your Recycling Company
By contacting the recycler that you used for your order, they will be able to assist you with your enquiry or order specific questions. Select a recycler from the list below to see their contact information.
Step 2 Contact our customer service team
If your recycler doesn't respond to you, please contact Sell 2 Recycle customer support team who will be on hand to answer any questions.
Filing a complaint
If you have contacted your chosen recycler, yet they have not been able to assist you, Sell 2 Reycle can get involved on your behalf.
To file a complaint about a recycler to us, please email us at complaints@sell2recycle.co.uk with the subject line as: Complaint - Merchant Name: Order Number.
We will the contact the recycler on your behalf and aim to provide a response within 3 working days.
